Standards Australia
Standards Australia is the country’s leading independent, non-governmental, not-for-profit standards organisation. They are also Australia’s representatives of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). Standards Australia are specialists in the development and adoption of internationally-aligned standards in Australia. They also make sure the country has a voice in international standards development. Although they develop standards, they are not responsible for enforcing, regulating or certifying compliance with those standards.
